- The Project BASELINE SCHEDULE reflects all contractual requirements and therefore ready for approval
- The Project BASELINE SCHEDULE is updated using validated data and ensuing best practices (DCMA 14-Point assessment)
- The BASELINE SCHEDULE will be revised as necessary/required under the Contract/Request
- Schedule slippage early alerts are identified/communicated and mitigation measures are proposed.
- The SCHEDULE is resource/cost loaded and KPI’s are regularly issued (if necessary/required)
- The Productivity (Spent/Earned values) is monitored and reported weekly
- That “WHAT IF SCENARIOS” are made in order to overcome Project issues such as progress delays, change orders, Design and/or Procurement shortfalls, encroachments, etc.
- That Critical/Longest Path has been correctly identified based on acceptable logic
- To issuing regular Project DASHBOARDS based on the updated progress data
